Peter Splinter Family Holdings has been providing commercial and residential properties to live or work in for over 35 years. Giving back to the community and the environment is also of top concern. Some of our past involvements include the Limestone Learning Foundation, Success by 6, several youth athletic associations, the Kingston Heritage Tattoo Society, the Limestone District Grenadiers Football Club, the Rotary Club of Kingston, the YMCA, the Community Foundation, the Easter Seal Society, the Exceptional People’s Olympiad of Collins Bay Institution, the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police, the Salvation Army, Fort Henry, the Tower of Hope Classic, Prevention Awareness for Life, OECTA Catholic Teachers in Action Habitat for Humanity Build, the Rose of Hope for Breast Cancer Action Kingston and the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario, the Kingston Kids’ Triathlon, the Kingston City Police Association, Buskers Kingston, the United Way, the Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada and the Building Construction Internship Program.

Through building new properties and restoring existing projects we hope to add to the beauty of Kingston and Southern California. In addition, by choosing renewable sources of energy and energy efficient options we hope to make a difference in the long term. In 2009 we initiated Kingston and the region’s first large scale commercial solar operation and we look forward to continuing as pioneers in sustainability.
